Many blood clots can be prevented - keeping mobile and well hydrated is important.
After just 90 minutes of sitting your blood flow has reduced by 50%. So we're calling on anyone of any ability to 'step up' and become more active.
Whether it is for a day – a week or a month, why not add your name to the cause and get involved – we all know being active is good for us and it is especially good for keeping blood flowing.
You Make The Difference
Whether it's a personal daily step count, a family team target or a dancer's non-stop step out, everyone can join to make a difference.
We have lots of opportunities too.
