Couple walking full UK coastline pass through South Ayrshire

A couple who are walking round the entire UK mainland coastline for charity took to the shores of South Ayrshire last week attracting the support of locals.

Martin and Maureen Shipley are raising money for Thrombosis UK by trekking around coastal routes .

Their daughter Dawn died in 2011 of Thrombosis aged 37 leaving behind three girls .

400-mile cycling challenge in memory of Ilminster and Chard dad

Two hard working fundraisers are set to take on aches, strains, wind and rain to cycle more than 400 miles in memory of an Ilminster man.
