The Men’s 10K Edinburgh is a stunning 10K run through the heart of Scotland’s beautiful capital city. The stage is set for the men of Scotland and beyond to make a positive change! Consistently around 40% of the men taking part have never entered a running event before. The life expectancy of a man in Scotland is, shockingly, still the lowest in the UK. Suicide, in addition to other mental health problems, continues to be an issue of high significance to men in Scotland. Our aim is to help change this, little by little – and the Men’s 10K is how we are doing it!
