The psychological impact of blood clots can be overwhelming. For some people, techniques to manage anxiety, such as 'Mindfulness' can be very beneficial. Led by Annya Stephens-Boal, the small group sessions will look at using mindfulness to reduce worry, anxiety and panic and support improved well-being.
