The Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (PCCS), would like to invite you to a free webinar, Type 2 diabetes and heart failure in primary care: identification and novel therapies, which will be held online on Wednesday 9th December from 7pm–8pm, and is open to all HCPs involved in managing heart failure.
The webinar will explore the challenges associated with identifying heart failure in patients with diabetes within the primary care setting and will examine the latest clinical advances in managing these patients, exploring where new therapeutic strategies, including SGLT2 inhibition, fit into current treatment algorithms.
